The Tvøroyri Brass Band was founded in 1978 and has since been a permanent and valued part of cultural life in Suðuroy.

The band has performed at numerous events, both in the Faroe Islands and abroad, and is a gift to the community—bringing joy to audiences and adding its distinctive character to occasions throughout the region.
